A conference call has become an essential part of our daily routine and business.  Here the question arises that how a conference call is so beneficial for us and our business?  Here are some reasons that explain that why a conference call is advantageous for us:
A conference call is highly cost saving.  When we make a conference call it is far less expensive in comparison to traveling to the clients office.  A conference call is beneficial in saving money on traveling.

A conference call is beneficial because due to this participants are easily available to commit to a conference call in comparison to commit to a face-to-face meeting. In face to face-to-face meeting you can more personally in touch with your clients and hence it is powerful but if you cannot get somebody to meet then in this case a conference call plays an important role.  From commitment point of view your can easily say yes to a conference call than fixing schedule a schedule for face-to-face meeting. When you are in early stage of business deal, it beneficial to start with a conference call rather than going for face-to-face meeting.

Time saving is another beneficial factor of a conference call.  Unlike a face-to-face meeting, you have to utilize only few minutes in conveying your plans and programs to your clients.  But in face-to-face meeting first of all you have to make arrangement for meeting and if the schedule of face-to-face meeting is few minutes then you have to face a difficulty from time point of view in managing face-to-face meeting.
Many people hesitate and afraid of talking in meetings or groups.  A conference call is beneficial in the sense that it reduces the stage fright extremely and a person who do not want to convey his views in meeting can perfectly convey his views through a conference call.

It is far more easy to schedule a conference call in comparison to face-to-face meeting.  For face-to-face meeting you have to make the arrangements for meeting.  If it is scheduled that there is a face-to-face meeting of 10 members then you have to first make arrangements for meeting of 10 members but, by chance if suddenly the program changes and it is announced that there will be a face-to-face meeting of 20 members then you will face a dilemma related with arrangements.  But in case of a conference call you can feel easy in scheduling a conference call for members.
